Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment availability is limited, cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the following policy. Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for rescheduling without forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your existing deposit may be transferred to the rescheduled appointment one time. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled again, missed, or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. No-Shows A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without providing notice. No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Future appointments may require full payment in advance or may be declined at the discretion of Gentle Threat Studio. Repeated no-shows may result in the client becoming ineligible to book future appointments. Late Cancellations A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is considered a late cancellation and will result in deposit forfeiture. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Emergency Circumstances Emergencies and unexpected circumstances will be considered at the discretion of Gentle Threat Studio. Exceptions are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Deposit Policy Deposits are non-refundable and are used to reserve your appointment time. A deposit may only be transferred according to the rescheduling policy above. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
